New ESDT static fluid bed dryer and static fluid bed cooler recently completed by our trusted UK based fabrication partner.

Both units have now successfully completed FAT and are ready for shipping.

Final destination will be for integration into a new multi-stage spray drying solution which European SprayDry Technologies are delivering for a leading UK manufacturer of infant formula products.

Designed and engineered in the UK, fabricated in the UK and going into production in the UK.

Recently completed ESDT spray dryer installation producing battery materials powders as part of a pilot plant recently commissioned by our valued client in California, USA.

European SprayDry Technologies are currently involved in the delivery of several projects within the battery materials sector and it is very pleasing to see our spray drying expertise being utilised in emerging high growth markets.

European SprayDry Technologies have recently completed the installation of a tall form spray dryer with high pressure nozzle atomisation for a UK client specialising in the manufacture of vegetable based proteins.

The system included feed balance tanks, high pressure pump & feed valve skid, high pressure nozzle atomisation, tall form spray drying chamber, high efficiency powder recovery cyclone, wet scrubber particulate abatement, chemical bottle explosion protection and a stainless steel support / access structure.

Lincoln Company Race Day

Hands up, who hit me?

What a great day! We all recently decided to reward all our efforts over the last year and jump into super fast electric karts and batter each other on the track over what felt like hours.

The highly anticipated Race Day Challenge did not disappoint. It had it all; nail biting finishes, crashes, it was jam packed with adrenaline action from start to finish.

After 4 very sweaty white knuckle races Matt Speller was pronounced the overall winner, though we do think there were some track dark arts going on...

Well done Mat.

Pilot scale spray drying solutions from European SprayDry Technologies.

New ESDT15 pilot scale spray dryer installation in Italy.

Complete with reverse jet bag filter, secondary HEPA filter module and powder explosion suppression system options.

The model ESDT15 is an innovative spray dryer designed specifically for the product development and small-scale production environments.

The ESDT 15 is harmonised to other models within the ESDT pilot scale range, being an all stainless steel machine from feed tank to powder collection receptacle.

Minimum mechanical installation is required, along with connection to electrical and compressed air utilities, prior to commencing production.

The unit comes as standard in a food grade finish with 316 stainless steel product contact surfaces, 304 stainless support frame, platforms, hand railing and ladders.

Most impressed by two of the companies who demonstrated excellent facilities and fabrication quality combined with enthusiastic management teams and highly qualified and extremely talented fabricators and welders.
